Ayer recibí un mensaje de mi host pidiéndome que eliminara las fotos de Daisy Fuentes topless en St. Barts con su novio. Este fue el mensaje que recibimos:

“I write to ask your assistance in removing certain unauthorized nude photos of Ms. Fuentes and her fiancé that were taken in a private house without her knowledge and consent, in violation of her rights of privacy and publicity. Ms. Fuentes is particularly distressed about the dissemination of these photos on the Internet because she has made a point of never appearing nude in any of her acting or modeling jobs.

Kindly remove any reference from Daisy Fuentes either topless or otherwise
as the owner has not authorized your site to use them.

Otras páginas han recibido mensajes similares y han procedido a eliminar sus fotos.  Lamentablemente, nos vemos forzados a hacer lo mismo.  No estamos de acuerdo con quitar las fotos.  Incluso, consideramos que es una estupidez pedirnos que eliminemos las fotos.  Si usted buscar “Daisy Fuentes topless” en Google aparecerán 10,100 paginas con ese término.  ¿Ellos pensaran enviarle el mensaje a esa cantidad de paginas?  No creo.  Al día de hoy existen una gran cantidad de estas páginas aún con las fotos arriba.  Solo tienen que buscar en Google.
